Artist James Naish and his crew disssemble the waterwheel artwork. He created this interactive kinetic water sculpture inspired by the old waterwheel located near the site of the Los Angeles State Historic Park. The artwork was unvailed during Earth Day Latino at the park on April 21, 2012.
